I created a commemorative poster celebrating the 40th anniversary of the River King Mine Train, a hometown favorite rollercoaster. Inspired by the work of Aaron Douglas, the illustration honors heritage through bold, simplified shapes and layered silhouettes, combined with a touch of modern grunge to bring depth and texture. The piece blends nostalgia and contemporary design to capture the ride’s enduring spirit.
